Shipping and delivery

We strive to provide fast worldwide shipping. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. Please note this does not apply to wigs or on big sales such as Black Friday.

As our wigs are made to order, wig orders are processed and shipped within 6-14 working days. (This excludes weekends and holidays). In some cases some wigs may be ready-made, therefore, processing and shipping time is quicker. 

If there are any delays an email will be sent out.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout

If your items have not arrived within 5 working days after dispatch please contact us.  

Rest of the World 

Shipping cost is calculated on checkout

Please note for international standard. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit, its simply a cheaper option. If you want a guaranteed delivery please select the tracked option.

Please allow 5-14 working days for your items to be delivered.  

Orders placed on holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

Custom fees and Import Taxes

Kkollection Beauty do not have control over customs in different countries, therefore, Kkollection Beauty will not be responsible for any fees that may be applied on your package. Kkollection have no control over any delays caused by customs.

Returns and refunds 

For hygiene purposes and the nature of our products NO Exchanges and refunds are offered. 

Kkollection is not liable for any damage to your product once received in good form. If you damage your hair or lashes we will not be responsible and will not offer any refunds or exchanges.
